Course Schedule Management of English Department of UNP

Retaking a course is not always easy. At the beginning of this semester, I got a problem with the online registration. Online registration is an online system used to register courses schedule in UNP. It was the time for reschedule the courses that I had chosen three weeks before. At the time, I was very confused because of some overlapped schedules. There were the schedules of two courses are changed by the lectures and the students who are taking the courses. The schedules are different from the schedules given by the department. I was very upset and also panic. It means that I needed to revise my schedule.

Actually it was my second time to take the courses. I retook the courses because I got bad scores in my class before. Then, I revised my courses schedule. Unfortunately, I couldn’t register easily that I needed the administrator of the department to help me. It needs two days to register because the administrator was always busy at the time. Finally, I could register all the courses I wanted to take in this semester.

However, in the last day of revision schedule days, I got the information that I did not allowed to attend a class. The lecturer asked me to move to another class but I could not move because the other schedules are overlapped with my other courses. I was very annoyed. I did not know what to do next. Then, I visited the lecturer and told her that I could not move to another class. She finally understood and allowed me to attend her class. I felt relieved then.

In conclusion, it is very difficult to retake a course, especially because sometimes a course is overlapped schedule with another course. We need to confirm more than once to make sure the schedules will be changed or not. It is important to do if we do not want to be unregistered in a class.

How to Make “Butterfly Blottography Box”

 

Materials        : 1. White typing papers

                          2. A shoebox

                          3. White glue

                          4. Scissors

                          5. Paintbrush

                          6. Water colors

                          7. Palette

First, get all the materials.

Second, take one white typing paper and fold it in half lengthwise.

Third, open up the paper and dab some generous spots of paint on one side only. Use as many different colors as you like, but don’t get it too runny.

Fourth, fold the paper in half once again, bringing the dry side over on to the wet side. Carefully smooth it down with your hand.

Fifth, open up the paper and make sure that the patterns you have created are symmetric on both sides on the paper. Leave it to dry thoroughly.

Sixth, make some more patterns with different sizes and using different colors combinations in the same way. Cut them out when they are dry by using a scissors.

Seventh, take the shoebox and glue the colored paper on to cover all sides of the box.
